Work procedure
Step 1---Needs Assessment of Client
Our representative will determine with the client requirements for language proficiency of employees and their expected goals and will draw up a preliminary proposal accordingly.
Step 2---Placement Test for Trainees
We will set up a language proficiency test for the trainees, including a written and oral test. The written test measures vocabulary and grammar; oral test while the measures conversational competence. Then, according to the test results we will revise the training proposal.
Step 3---Syllabus Setting
We will set up a detailed course syllabus based on client’s needs and test results. Special material will be used if needed. Course schedule and location will be fixed according to the client’s requirements.
Step 4--- Signing a contract
We will sign a contract with the client to ensure a smooth training practice.
Step 5---Teacher arrangement
iMandarin have more than 100 teachers, each teacher has her/his advantage and experience, we will choose the right teacher among them accordingly in order to meet the client’s requirement and reach their training target .
Step 6--- Progress Tracking and Feedback Collection
We collect feedback from trainees and instructor periodically, keep the attendance record and supervise the class content and teaching method to improve training quality and effect.
Step 7--- Achievement Test and Evaluation
We will test trainees’ language proficiency during and after training. We will also evaluate instructor’s teaching effect and provide study reports for our client who is composed of the specific learning situation and the teacher’s advices. Recommendation for future training will also be available.
Note: The above phases are the standard training process. Slight adjustment may be made if needed.
